Macintosh Software Design Engineer

Location: Seattle, WA

Requirements:
Candidates should have strong experience using Objective C and Cocoa design principles and related API's. You will also be very familiar with TCP/IP and networking protocols.

3-5 years of experience in software development using Objective C on the Apple Mac
platforms.
Understanding of cross-platform development where the platforms are at least two of
the following: Win32, Linux and Apple Mac OSX.
Experience with the following is a strong plus: Linux, BSD, Apple Mac OSX, TCP/IP,
Object Model/API Design.
Have been a key contributor in shipping one or more versions of a world-class
software product.
Strong background in Apple networking.
Understand how to secure applications and network connections.
Very strong design and implementation skills are critical.
Strong self starter with a track record of success in the software industry.
Prior startup experience highly desirable.
Great interpersonal, team building, conflict resolution, organizational and
motivational skills;
Strong communication skills both written and verbal including strong presentation
skills.
BS in computer science, electrical engineering, math or physics; MS a significant
