Macintosh Support Specialist
6 months + Job likely to be extended indefinitely.
Las Vegas, NV 89153

Hours of Work: primarily 7:30am to 4:30pm with schedule variations as required
Location: primarily at HQ with visits to other locations as required

Required Qualifications
- extensive knowledge of the Macintosh 10.x operating system
- experience with Apple hardware
- strong working knowledge of popular Macintosh software such as DAVE, DVD Studio Pro, Final Cut Pro, Quark XPress, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat), etc.
- strong working knowledge of office productivity software such as Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and Documentum
- thorough understanding of networked environments and setting up Macintosh computers for Active Directory
- 3 - 5 years Macintosh technical support experience
- knowledge and ability to support the Windows platform a definite plus

Desired Qualifications
experience with printers, plotters, scanners and digital cameras
experience working with graphic designers, video production and engineers
experience with the printing pre-press process
