Description
Candidate must have familiarity with Macintosh OS X (Leopard) and OS X 10.5 and with the Adobe Creative Suite applications. Skills include the ability to troubleshoot, analyze, design, develop, and support users and business applications using Macintosh OX S and Creative Suite. We are seeking an individual who is eager to learn and grasp new technical concepts. In return we are willing to train this individual in the areas needed to perform the job more efficiently, and provide continued technical challenges and professional growth. Essential Responsibilities & Duties:• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for calls into the Corporate IT Department.• Provide friendly, courteous, and quality 1st level hardware, software, and applications support to our end users.• Provide necessary troubleshooting and technical support on software/hardware problems for end users. (via phone, email, remote desktop connection)• Respond to end user inquiries regarding email, network problems, printing problems, and various other software applications.• Organize existing IT inventory and maintain database of our location computer assets/inventory as well as software licenses.• Update & prepare end-user and other technical documentation.• Develop and support various business MS Office applications, including departmental databases, forms, and reports.• Various other duties as assigned.

Experience/Skills
Essential Qualifications:• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Self-motivated; Adaptable; Learns & grasps new concepts quickly• “Customer Service” focus; comfortable working with end users• Associate or B.S in Computer Science, related degree, or in progress.• 3+ years of “hands-on” end-user IT technical support
