Assist in analyzing, defining and meeting Customers' needs by creatively applying skills and experience in the creation or revision of our Customer's systems.

Experience/Skills
**PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES**
Position based in St. Louis, MO
No Sub-Contractor or 1099 need to apply

7+ years experience in the following:
Programming Languages
COBOL
JCL
VSAM
DB2
CICS

Proven experience as an IT professional

Must interpret Customer's needs and have good oral and written communication skills

Must prioritize work, set deadlines and work independently - as well as a team

Need to become an expert in several of the company's systems and efficiently apply this understanding to both systems applications and training others

Mainframe programming knowledge and experience required

Must be organized, very good problem solver and detail oriented
