Experience/Skills
Here is basic criteria for the mainframers:
1. CICS required (recent projects on CICS required)
2. DB2 required (recent experience with DB2)
3. VSAM - plus
4. Dial280 - plus
6. Focus (for maintenance)
7. Banking experience prefered
