Description
Client needs three Mainframe ACH Implementation/Installation Specialists. These are customer contact positions that sometimes travel to customer sites.

Candidates must be experienced PEP+ mainframe programmers with strong skills in mainframe custom code development, implementations/installations, problem resolution, COBOL and DB2 programming, CICS, JCL and knowledge of other ACH downstream applications.

Project management experience is preferred.

Positions will do the following:


Help a customer understand environment, hardware and software requirements and compatibilities for PEP+ and the reACH transporter products.

Specify, develop, and test custom product modifications and enhancements.

Quickly and efficiently install Pep+ and the reACH transporter applications onto the customer's system.

Make recommendations to customers on settings adjustments for better performance.

Test/verify that the applications are working correctly (functionality and performance-wise).

Troubleshoot installation issues.

Travel on site and be a good Company representative to the customers.

**These positions will report to management in Atlanta. However, candidates may not be required to relocate to Atlanta. The client may be willing to let the candidate continue to live at their current location, work out of their home, and travel to client sites. Relocation will depend on whether the candidate is assigned directly to a bank under an Alliance Services contract. Some positions will be Atlanta based with travel estimated at zero to 5%. Typically, these are the ones not assigned to a specific bank. Other positions will be home based with travel estimated at 25% to 40%. Typically these are the ones that are assigned to a specific bank.

If relocation to Atlanta is required, the client provides a customized relocation package based on each individual case.
