Description
Critical Skills: Strong Analytical, and technical skills. Proficient in CA7, COBOL, CICS, DB2, SQL, VSAM, VTAM, SMF, RMF and JCL. Ability to talk to, gather and anlayze data from systems people and applications programmers. Performance background a plus. Reason for Request: The need is based on : (1) lack the experience to define the nightly batch window and determine the test environment needs and (2) the number of applications that need be tested exceeds the available resources of the Performance Readiness group.
