Mainframe Performance testing

Job Description:
Design and write tools for evaluating application, system, and network software for the mainframe platform. Working with other groups, consult on designing and building easily configurable test environments to maximize use of hardware and personnel resources. Working with other team members, design and build automated stress test plans and scripts using vendor-supplied stress testing tools.

Job Requirements:
This is a senior level position requiring someone with a multi-platform background and experience in coding software tools. CICS, IMS, MQ, REXX, and SAS skills are needed. At least 2 years in a software testing technical area is needed. A successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge of advanced testing concepts, and an ability to handle multiple projects at the same time. Flexibility and the ability to work well as a team member are essential. Knowledge of TPNS (Teleprocessing Network Simulator) or Loadrunner is a must.
