What we aree looking for:

We have a 6-12 month contract position located in Lake Zurich for a strong mainframe programmer. We prefer someone who has worked in the insurance industry supporting and/or development claim system applications.

RiverPoint has on-going needs for industry leading IT professionals. Currently, we are seeking IBM Mainframe developers for contract based opportunities at clients in the Chicagoland area. Applicants must have strong communication, business and technical skills.

Required skills:

* 5+ years of hands-on mainframe development experience
* Strong Cobol skills
* Experience developing in a DB2 environment
* Strong CICS programming experience
* Experience working with Expediter
* Experience working in a structured software development environment
* Strong communication skills
* Must have excellent problem solving skills
