Maintenance Supervisor This is a great direct hire opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor in the Hollis or Auburn area. Education: Must have at least a Bachelor Degree or 2 year degree with experience. Prefer Engineering degree. Job experience: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in supervising a maintenance group for high-speed filling manufacturing (beverage, food or pharmaceutical). PLC (Allen Bradley) troubleshooting and programming a plus. CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) a plus. Need background with preventive maintenance systems in manufacturing. Need background with hydraulics and pneumatics. Candidate must be willing to be available for multiple shifts. Must have hands-on technical experience (be a former wrench turner). Technical and special skills: PLC's (Allen Bradley), CMMS Communication skills: Need strong leadership skills for current staff. Need strong and effective communication skills to ensure total ownership of maintenance supervision throughout the plant. Need to be hands on manager insuring that proper procedures are taught and followed by staff.
