Managed Services Project Manager! Alpharetta! PMP Preferred!

We are looking for a Project Manager preferably with a PMP to manage our post project services work. We call this our managed services or extended support services offerings.

These offerings include:

• Extended software support: This offering includes dedicated engineering personnel knowledgeable on a customers solution (This is above our normal support where someone calls our support desk but the help desk personnel do not have background in all the customer particulars)
• Maintenance support of the system: Fine tuning, audits, system health checks
• Minor system enhancements
• Upgrade assistance and recommendations
• System hardware support and maintenance: We maintain servers, network hardware, automation and control hardware (Typically we just manage others doing this work)
• System training

Ideal candidates have experience as follows

• 5 years + in the Software Integration fields of MES or ERP systems
• Experience w/Government Software Integration Projects (A HUGE PLUS)
• Has dealt with multiple customers at one time both in the US and Internationally
• Has experience setting up relationships with sub-vendors to provide additional services
• Call center management experience
• Top notch communication and organizational skills
• Top notch dependability and Go getter attitude who wants the challenge of helping us develop this business. (we have many opportunities and existing projects)
• Experience setting up procedures, templates (audits, weekly and monthly reports etc) and action plans to manage these types of services
• Experience defining resourcing needs and plans
• Multi Language may be of interest
• Has demonstrated the ability to grow these accounts by offering more services to the customer and obtaining additional sales

The resources for this group are shared between our PS and Support organizations however we do see this becoming a managerial role with direct reports as quickly as we mature our offerings in this space. This person to a great extent will be responsible for driving that maturity
