Description
Due to strong growth and success, this worldwide solutions provider has several openings for Collocation/Managed Services Overlay specialists.

Responsibility for overall managed services sales, although this position is an "overlay" to the existing sales force, the position will also sell "direct" as well.

This position sells at the CEO/CIO/CFO level to existing and targeted business unit accounts.

Must have direct managed services/solutions sales background of 4+ years in the national/enterprise B2B sector at the Fortune 1000 level.

Must have strong consultative sales skills and ability to deal with a strong overlay sales force.

Must have a direct sales background, most currently at a "C" level due to the hunter/farmer nature and the levels within a prospect this individual
Interfaces with.

If a candidate has a broad industry knowledge in voice, data and video in terms of the senior position, they MUST also have an in-depth knowledge of Internet and networking technologies including managed services, Web-hosting, IP-VPN, IP Communications, Access, frame relay, and, ATM.

Significant experience in collocation or telecom/IP-solutions sales
In fact, the most recent position MUST have been working in the area of enterprise collocation or telecom/IP-solutions sales
Experience in LA/OC technology marketplace is a MUST

Excellent written communications skills
Unquestioned integrity, straight-shooter personality

Base salary is $75,000-$85,000, and at achievement of "plan", the compensation would be $115,000-$145,000df-tc
