Description
Title: Manager, Enterprise IT Supplier Finance
Brief Description
Disney Enterprise IT is looking for a Manager of Supplier Finance to join our organization. The position is a key contributor within the Enterprise IT Supplier Financial Management group and will be responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of outsourced supplier activity. Responsibilities will include financial management of large, complex enterprise IT supplier contracts, invoices/contracts interpretation, contract compliance audit, chargeback methodologies, executive level reporting and budget/financial planning activities.
The right candidate must be detail oriented, have strong analytical and organizational skills and be able to deal professionally with internal organizations across the Disney Enterprise as well as with its IT suppliers. The individual will have an opportunity to develop creative and innovative solutions to drive how we continue to work with our external suppliers and the various businesses within the Walt Disney Company.
Process Management
  • Leads a small team of analysts in the development of a long-term, sustainable and scalable invoice management solution.
  • Develop an ongoing process reengineering and continuous improvement program relating to all financial aspects of the outsourcing scope.
  • A key participant in the development, implementation, integration and maintenance of an IT Service Catalog.
    Communications and Reporting
  • Provide billing, status and reconciliation support to the various businesses in the Disney enterprise.
  • Provide IT Service Delivery reporting and guidance relating to supplier cost and billing strategies
  • Develop reporting that meets and manages expectation within the various level of IT management.
  • Coordinates with internal organizations to understand variances and recommends appropriate corrective actions according to services delivered and supplier's contracts.
  • Development and delivery of executive level dashboard reporting
    Issue Resolution and Negotiation Support
  • Develop and maintain dispute resolution process
  • Participates in supplier negotiation of new services, contract restructuring and benchmarking studies.
  • Candidate will work closely with all internal IT organizations, Disney business units, Strategic Sourcing, and suppliers.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    - BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Finance or Business related filed.
    - Strong communication skills with ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
    - Knowledge/experience in accounting practices, financial analysis and reporting
    - Knowledge/experience in cost allocation models and techniques
    - Strong quantitative, analytical, organizational and customer service skills
    - Intermediate to advanced level of MS Excel and PowerPoint
    DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
    - 5 to 10 years accounting and/or finance related experience
    - Experience with MS Access and SharePoint
    - MBA is a plus
    - Intermediate experience / hands-on knowledge of IT service delivery practices
    - Experience administering IT contracts in an organization with significant IT outsourcing relationships for both infrastructure and applications services
