Experience in software development Project Management with at least 3 years of senior PM management experience
  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Must be open-minded and visionary in nature
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with external and internal customers, vendors, and senior management
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated expertise with project management tools
  • Proficient in Project Management processes and knowledge areas as described in the PMBOK (A Guide to the Project Management Institute Body of Knowledge)
  • Must demonstrate project leadership competencies at a level sufficient to obtain professional credentials such as Project Management Institute Projectdf-tc

    Experience/Skills
  • Responsible for creating and driving the new project management strategy and standards that are consistent, repeatable and scalable across platforms and parameters for the HTS CCS organization
  • Set and manage project management procedures, metrics and tool usage
  • Provide direct technical supervision to assigned staff, which includes hiring, establishing and tracking goals and objectives, assigning workload, training, and facilitating the performance review process
  • Responsible for allocating and monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of project management resources
  • Manage overall forecast and plan for our software development projects, ensuring that all projects are tracking to schedule and scope, risks are being identified and mitigated, and that each project will achieve its intended goal of releasing a quality product on time
  • Willingness to manage small projects from time to time as staff levels dictate
  • Work with the Project Cost Team to insure projects meet financial objectives and budgets
  • Create an atmosphere of innovation and promote professional growth
