Description
The position will be responsible for the Company?s coordination of the internal controls documentation and monitoring in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley, technical accounting research and implementation and Financial Reporting function.

Specific Duties:
* Will work closely with and provide guidance to the operations team to ensure progression towards Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Coordinate with operations team to ensure timely completion of documentation efforts and track progress for reporting to management and the Board on a regular basis and supervise the drafting and implementation of new compliance and controls policies and procedures.
* Provide a strong knowledge of financial accounting and processes and communicate effectively with process owners on such issues.
* Primary point of contact and interaction with the external public accountants for annual audits and internal controls compliance. Work with external public accountants for concurrence on implementation of new accounting standards under US GAAP.
* Provide technical accounting support for the company. Monitor new releases of standards for impact to the company. Directly responsible for the implementation of new and newly adopted accounting standards.
* Maintain database of company financial accounting policies and procedures.
* Responsible for SFAS No. 142/144 impairment testing, SFAS No. 133 cash hedge effectiveness testing, SFAS No. 123/148 stock option value and expensing, and revenue recognition standards.
* Manage and develop internal reporting team to produce quality output to meet customer needs including planning and delegation of assignments and evaluation of performance. Interface with others in Finance and Accounting to meet the reporting needs of the corporate organization and remain compliant with credit agreement requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor?s degree.
5+ years Big 4 experience preferred with increasing responsibility.
Managerial experience.
Working knowledge and technical understanding of COSO framework and Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 Internal Controls.
SEC reporting experience and CPA is preferred.
