Job Title:
Architect/Manager Technology - Core .Net, C#, TRM

Job Summary:
The Manager Technology provides technical leadership to the project team by taking responsibility for a specific component or track of the project architecture/SDLC. This includes planning, estimation, people management, issue resolution and quality assurance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Deep understanding of OO design
  • Drive mid-level planning exercises with engineers
  • Anticipate issues and risks at the module level and escalate appropriately
  • Write bug-free code.
  • Facilitate workshops and client meetings

    Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree required and degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years in systems integration and development, package implementation and custom implementation.
  • Expert in delivering large-scale enterprise solutions using .NET Framework 1.0- 3.5
  • C# Expert. Ability to write high quality code within tight schedules
  • Experience in building frameworks and infrastructures that can be leveraged by the application development teams
  • Extensive experience on developing large-scale systems using OO and Component (Distributed) based architecture
  • Own the application quality along the dimensions of performance, usability, reliability, maintainability and extensibility
  • Should have experience in UML, C# Generics and Multithreading
  • Should have experience in delivering enterprise class solutions using Composite Application Block (CAB), Winforms.NET and WPF
  • Proven leadership and managerial skills to “independently' manage a track of work (with 5-15 people), during multiple phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Must have specific industry domain knowledge in Equity Derivatives (sell side)
  • Effective Communicator within the team as well as in managing key client stakeholders.
  • Ability to contribute to the team and organization in terms of training
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Methodologies such as RUP/XP/Scrum
