Robert Half Technology seeks a Help Desk Supervisor for a tremendous opportunity with a worldwide company in their Eastside headquarters. The helpdesk supervisor oversees a team of helpdesk analysts who resolve customer support tickets related to desktop, laptop, and peripheral hardware and related operating systems.

Experience/Skills
A bachelors degree in an IT discipline and 5+ years of IT experience with prior supervision experience is required. A+ and/or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician certification is required.
