Description
Company in Florham Park has a contract to hire position available for a Help Desk Manager. This position will report to an IT Manager. Position will involve managing a Help Desk team of 8; handling all escalated issues; managing work flow; handling all statistically reporting; and training, developing and coaching staff.The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of Help Desk or Desktop Support Management experience, preferably with a smaller team. Must be knowledgeable in all MS Office Suite products and Lotus Notes. Candidate must have strong leadership, customer service and coaching/mentoring skills.
