Description
Responsible for the general supervision of assigned Help Desk Associates within the Information Systems Help Desk. Activitiesinclude training, supervising and scheduling the support staff in providing multi-tier customer support while ensuring all requestsare properly documented, assigned, escalated and or resolved. Grants and revokes system and network access. Performssystem access audits and monitors system usage for policy compliance. Participates in projects related to Help Desk matters.Programming in C, C++, PHP, Visual Basic, HTML, ASP and Java may be required. Assists in planning, project management,process development, system configuration, testing, maintenance and administration of all Help Desk hardware and softwaretools, report generation and report analysis. May be required to dispatch calls to technicians or perform other related duties.df-tc
