Manager of IT Service Delivery

Prestigious Enterprise Company, located in the Northern Suburbs of Chicago, is currently seeking a Manager of IT Service Delivery. Candidate is accountable for the planning of IT Services offered to the Americas business and ensuring future IT Service needs are captured, designed and provided in a timely and cost effective manner.

Skills:
- Strong IT Management and Technical skills in the areas of Networking, Windows Server, Database, and Workstations.
- Forecasting abilities of IT Service needs based on business requirements
- IT Service Management knowledge and process knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to present and discuss technical information in a way that establishes rapport and persuades others
- Solid project management skills, especially in a cross-functional environment
- Strong team-oriented interpersonal and communication skills; ability to effectively interface with a wide variety of people

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline/or equivalent experience
- Experience in managing customer facing organizations providing solutions to meet business needs
- Competency in strategic thinking with strong abilities in relationship management
- Successfully developed and implemented new solutions to meet business needs
