Description
National healthcare organization is looking for an experienced data center manager knowledgeable of ITIL to join their growing IT management practice. The Manager of Information Systems will be responsible for the oversight of IT service performance by vendors to ensure proper infrastructure and operational services are delivered. The scope of oversight includes data center operations, network management, primary service desk services, security operations and engineering functions. Governance of ITIL Service Management as it relates to infrastructure and application support is also a function within this role. Additional responsibilities include: • Relationship manager between service users and providers• IT Infrastructure strategy, planning, architecture and optimization to meet business needs• Service level agreement management and contractual evolution within the contractual modification evolution.• Develop and maintain an IT Service portfolio • Project prioritization and PMO coordination• Alignment of business needs with IT and operational practices• Financial management of IT project activity• Vendor and supplier relationship management • IT risk management Qualified candidates meeting all the requirements should submit their resume directly to Nicole.Sims@RHT.com.df-tc

Experience/Skills
Requirements include 5+ years experience leading medium to large-scale data center operations, in-depth knowledge of outsourced or multisourced environments, including contract management. Experience with customer service and a solid working knowledge of Information Technologies Information Libraries (ITIL) processes is required. ITIL Certification and bachelor's degree preferred. Healthcare industry experienced heavily preferred.
