The BearingPoint Technology Services Solutions is currently searching for a Manager.

Location: Alexandria Virginia
Relocation: Relocation Assistance Provided

Position Description:

Candidates will work in the areas of software life cycle development. Candidate may have weekly contact with clients to hold requirements/analysis collection sessions and system reviews. Candidates must have a strong understanding of use case development for requirement analysis and design. The main responsibilities will include: coding system requirements, maintaining code in Microsoft .NET (C#, ASP.NET, etc), Relational database design and SQL Server experience are required.

Required Skills:
-Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
-Atleast 10 years of professional experience, or Bachelors plus Masters plus 8 years of professional experience.
-4+ years of experience in c#, .net
-4 years of experience with Microsoft Technologies(such as ASP.NET, VS.NET, XML)
-7 years of Web Application Development experience
-7 years of development experience, preferably working on large web based, n-tiered systems.
-4 years of technical lead experience overlooking teams of at least 5 developers / system engineers.
-4 years experience with design techniques (OOA/OOP) and patterns.
- 3 years experience with UML.
-4 years experience with MS SQL Server 2000 (design, development and/or administration)
-4 years of project managementexperience(technical time estimates, WBS development, scheduling, risk management).
-4 years of experience in understanding of processes in SDLC, experience with CMM-I Level 3 or above implementations.
-2 years experience with RUP and the Rational Suite tools (Rose, ClearQuest)
-3 years expereince in XML and XML schemas.
-7 years of experience in hardware/software dependencies in typical web-based setups.


Desired Skills:
Knowledge in any of the following would be a huge plus:

BizTalk Experience (BTS2004/2002)
Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server skills
Experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Business-to-Business
PMP certification
Understanding of government procurement rules and regulations a strong
MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Systems Engineering
Oracle DBA Oracle PL/SQL, Transact-SQL
