The BearingPoint World Class Finance Practice is currently searching for Finance Transformation Manager.

Finance operations experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Record to Report
- Order to Cash
- Payroll
- Financial Shared Services and BPO - skilled in Finance Function Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Controllership functions and Controls
- Financial Performance Reporting, including consolidation
- Reporting Architecture and Design requirements
- Experience with ABC or ABM

Specifically:
- Feasibility assessments
- Business case development
- Delivery model design
- Vendor selection and contracting
- Development and / or negotiation of service level agreements
- Pricing / charge back structures
- Understanding of finance & accounting processes in large multinational organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to function in a project environment as leader of a project team
- Results oriented individual who can meet critical deadlines
- Critical thinking, problem solving
- Ability to influence and persuade decision making
- Ability to develop lasting client relationships
- Experience working with both Finance and Information Technology (IT) organization to develop solutions
- Understanding of common project management techniques: scoping, project planning, resource management, contract financial management, Systems development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of common change management techniques and principles (Communication strategies, stakeholder analysis, training needs analysis)
- Process flow charting, workshop facilitation. Experience with process improvement methodologies e.g. Six Sigma, ACE, Lean Process, TQM, ISO, BSC
- Previous consulting experience is a plus
- Experience in managing teams from 5 - 10 people
- Experienced in Financial Services, Consumer Markets
- 10 - 15 years of work experience required


Software Skills
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
- Experience with one or more ERP systems (Oracle / PS, SAP) a plus


Education and Certifications
- BA/BS (Finance/Accounting preferred, not required)
- MBA Finance/Accounting/MIS
- CPA / CFA - preferred
