Description
DUTIES >> Develop and deliver new employee core skills training in a lab setting or on the production floor. Training consists of short lectures, demonstrations, practice exercises, coaching and competency assessments. The use of training materials to effectively deliver hands-on and classroom training techniques for various equipment processes Conduct hands-on qualifications consistent with GMP requirements. Grade knowledge tests and report results to trainees and management Maintain written records on new hires' performance; assist senior trainers in documenting written Training Evaluations. Follow GMP procedures for creating and updating training requirements lists. Maintain constant vigilance to employees' practices with regard to training compliance and bring discrepancies to the attention of management in an appropriate manner. Stay current in all process documentation for assigned areas ( Manufacturing Services, Weigh and Dispence, Cell Culture and Purification). SKILLS >> Provide subject matter expertise to other departments, as needed. Works in both office and production environment. Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements and practices. Able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize workload. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Flexible and able to adapt to change on short notice Passion for teaching and coaching others Microsoft Office proficient and familiar with database applications. Minimum 1-2 years experience in manufacturing with demonstrated ability to conduct classroom and hands-on (OJT) training.
