Description
Professional position responsible for:
1. Customer and Process Analysis
Develop, monitor and analyze our consumer behavior.
Partner with the marketing managers to obtain necessary data to facilitate program analysis
2. Constraint Busting and Process Improvement
Guide and support expanded marketing efforts to new customer groups, utilization of new media sources, and use of new distribution channels. Support efforts to remove constraints to marketing efforts
Develop reports, metrics and analysis to guide business planning
3. Forecasting and Modeling Support
Develop and test hypotheses around unexplained forecasting and modeling outcomes
Acquire and transform data required to improve effectiveness of forecasting and modeling efforts
Identify and test opportunities for growth in conjunction with data modelers


Ability to access and analyze multiple types of data from both internal and external sources.
Must have experience with qualitative and quantative market research.
3 to 5 years experience.
