Description
National Home building firm has an immediate opening for a Marketing Director. This position will manage the Marketing Departments of the California, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas regions. This position will report to the corporate location in Van Nuys, CA office. Responsibilities include the following: Coordinate vendors for successful project launch and model openings. Develop and execute strategic marketing programs on a per community basis to meet business objectives. Responsible for market forecasting and data analysis. Achieve territory goals in traffic, advertising saturation, and market share. Track and report effectiveness of media plans. Develop productive relationships with key vendors and sales teams. Negotiate and handle vendor accounts and contracts. Develop and adhere to marketing budgets. To qualify you must have a minimum of 7 years within the home building industry working in a marketing capacity and a proven track record of success. Experience working with the Department of Real Estate and a keen understanding of the new home building industry is a must to be successful in this growing firm.
