Marketing Programs Specialist

Overview

In this role, you will assist the Director of Marketing Programs in working with internal (Marketing, Sales) and external stakeholders (Partners, outsourced vendors) to develop and execute an integrated marketing program plan across all of NaviSite?s business lines, including PeopleSoft, Microsoft, Managed Services and Software as a Service. You will be a major contributor in developing and executing various demand generation strategies, including direct mail, events, seminars, webinars and e-mail campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Help define and execute integrated demand generation campaigns for NaviSite?s entire product line
? Plan, manage and execute operational and logistical functions related to Marketing campaigns including but not limited to: direct mail, events/seminars, webinars, user conferences, etc.
? Develop objectives and strategy for each event to align that with overall company and marketing strategy
? Work closely with in-house and outsourced vendors to ensure successful completion of programs
? Work with participating groups to create as much value as possible from a campaign including: analysis and distribution of attendee lists, facilitating meetings and/or onsite meeting space at events
? Ability and experience in negotiating with external vendors (e.g. agencies, hotels, restaurants, exhibition services, etc.)

Experience:

? 2+ to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing project/program management
? Ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders
? Hands-on experience using CRM systems (e.g. , Siebel, PeopleSoft)
? Enthusiastic, energetic, creative individual with a proven ability to multi-task and work under pressure, be a self-starter and work independently as well as within teams

Marketing Specialist (Leads Management)

Overview

In this role, you will be part of NaviSite?s Marketing Programs team. You will work closely with the entire Marketing department as well as Sales in monitoring, analyzing and reporting of current marketing activities as well as ensuring the data integrity of all lead generation efforts. You will be a key contributor in ensuring and monitoring NaviSite?s marketing effectiveness through marketing campaign and customer renewal project analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Manage and coordinate all data entry and analysis related to NaviSite?s marketing program activities.
? Support data and reporting needs of the Marketing group and other departments such as Sales. Support includes processing of information via our CRM application , Excel, and external sources into usable data and reports while maintaining and enhancing the integrity of our data systems.
? Assist in the development of customer retention programs such as customer surveys, opt-in and opt-out programs, customer data analysis, customer newsletters and customer focus groups.
? Assist in the development and execution of process and technological improvements that increase the accuracy and efficiency of the Marketing group.
? Assist in other demand generation campaigns such as direct mail, events/seminars, webinars, and email campaigns.


Experience:

? 2+ to 5 years of marketing or marketing analysis experience
? Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
? Excellent analytical and organizational skills
? Ability to work well with, and influence cross-functional team members
? Ability to multi-task and remain detail-oriented
? Ability to quickly master new software tools
? Possess creativity, enthusiasm, ambition, and sound business judgment
? Bachelors degree in marketing, business management, business finance, or math or equivalent combination of education and experience
? Microsoft Excel (mid-level to advanced skill-set)
