Description
This position manages the staff responsible for the marketing/sales reporting and supporting systems/processes.
. Provide oversight for the implementation, maintenance, and design of marketing comp. plans
. Leads marketing performance reporting efforts for all distribution channels.
. Oversees the RFP process, including creation/maintenance of RFP database.
. Partners closely with Sales/marketing leadership teams to ensure systems solutions & comp systems are in place
. Lead departmental projects and provides departmental leadership in corporate projects.
