Description
Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for a McKesson Pharmacy Implementation Consultant to join our MCKESSON PRACTICE GROUP.

*The qualified candidate will possess the required skills, education, certification, and will be able to travel to client locations throughout the United States 75% and work from home 25%.

Job Responsibilities:
  • File building, documentation and project management of the system implementation
  • Serve as the primary contact for the application design and any issues that arise from the client
  • Assisting the client with development of systems operations, policies, and application monitoring
  • Assisting the project team in developing, monitoring and managing technology support and operational implementation work plans
  • Providing training, testing and support during the implementation cycle

    Required Skills:
  • Acute hospital experience
  • Ability to communicate and work with physicians
  • Strong project management skills
  • McKesson HMM, HEO-Rx, (Admin Rx) implementation experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Understand business processes regarding meds administration and documentation both pharmacy and nursing

    Desired Skills:
  • Ability to work effectively with limited direction
  • Strong consulting backgound
  • Microsoft Project experience

    Minimum Educational Requirements:
  • Pharmacy technician

    Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials:
  • Pharmacy technician
