Description
My client is seeking a Meditech Senior Systems Analyst is responsible for coordinating projects with management, users staff and vendors.

MUST HAVE Meditech Financial Apps Experience.

The Senior Systems Analyst serves as project leader, with overall responsibility for project installation and implementation; coordinates efforts of users, ISD staff and vendors. The analyst formulates system scope and design objectives through research and fact finding to configure vendor maintained systems or develop and modify in-house system. The analyst prepares detailed specifications from which vendor systems will be configured and/or programs will be written.

RELOCATION PACKAGE WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR RIGHT CANDIDATE

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Care Administration, Business, Nursing or equivalent experience, required.

Minimum of five years in programming and systems analysis with project management or supervisory responsibility
Must have installed a minimum of one computer based hospital system and have active involvement in systems analysis, implementation and training in a minimum of four discreet major projects
Must possess advanced skills and experience in oral and written communication, including analysis, preparation and report presentation
Must possess experience in analysis, programming and use of health care patient administration, financial and clinical systems as well as general knowledge of major health care information issues
This position requires the ability to create and maintain all B/AR and admitting dictionaries
Must be able to bring outside information back into Meditech such as ERAs

Must be able to write NPR reports, including automating daily, weekly or monthly reports
Must be familiar with Meditech Systems updates.
