Senior Business Systems Consultants (45-55/hr W2)
5+ years experience in systems analysis
Experience with effectively collaborating with business units
Experience with email archiving solutions (Assentor, ZL Unified Archive)
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Business Systems Analyst type skills with an infrastructure/server slant - pure Software Business Analysts won't be a fit


Senior Archiving Engineers (45-55/hr W2)
At least 3 years experience in supporting scalable, mission critical messaging environment
At least 2 years of experience with email archiving
At least 2 years of experience with analyzing logs and determining database maintenance
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Exchange and Outlook and email archiving software
Experience with Microsoft Exchange 2007
Experience with email archiving and encryption solutions (Assentor Archive and Discovery, ZL Technologies Unified Archive, Rights Management Services, Voltage)
Experience with meeting corporate audit and security standards


Archiving Support Technicians (32-37/hr W2)
At least 5 years experience in supporting a scalable, mission critical enterprise-level Archiving environment
At least 1 years of experience with one or more of these applications: Blackberry, OCS, or email encryption.
Experience with large email migrations (Exchange)
Exceptional communication and documentation skills
Ability to follow detailed procedures and document new/revised procedures


Project Coordinators (20-25/hr W2)
At least 1 years experience in supporting Lotus Notes and/or Exchange Outlook clients. Need to understand Active Diretory Concepts. At least 2 years of Help Desk or Client support experience, Requires solid written and verbal communication skills Prior Project Coordintor or project Management experience


Migration Technicians (20-25/hr W2)
At least 1 years experience in supporting Lotus Notes and/or Exchange Outlook clients. Need to understand Active Diretory Concepts. At least 2 years of Help Desk or Client support experience, Requires solid written and verbal communication skills


Email/OCS Support Technicians (32-37/hr W2)
Experience Level: 4 year degree plus 5-7 years experience. Description: Participates in the engineering, network planning, coordination, and installation of new or modified LANs. Performs troubleshooting, second-level diagnostics, research, evaluation, and documentation of various LAN and data communications solutions and alternatives. Works with business partners to provide technical analysis and consultation on complex network design and configuration issues. Coordinates the installation of equipment, lines, and software necessary to meet the client area's LAN requirements. Prepares instructions and documentation for installation and monitors project status. Works with software developers on custom software for engineering LAN to ensure proper capacity for network resources. May guide or direct less experienced staff.


Tier 2 Email Migration Client Support (20-25/hr W2)
