JOB SUMMARY:-

Participate in and lead project efforts for applicable functional/technical aspects of the solution life cycle management, including Core software application design, configuration, testing, system architecture design, application software installation and deployment.
Work with a variety of audiences (site, corporate) for functional solution buy-in, installation, qualification, and deployment support. Support the Core solution deployments across multiple sites to ensure consistency and continuity in functional/technical solution and on-going level 3 support.

Provide functional and business expertise in working closely with software vendor on release management aspects for custom solutions as well as version upgrades and break-fix processes.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Provides sophisticated technical &/or project leadership for large, cross-functional projects

Develops solutions to complex problems, which are imaginative, thorough, and practicable.

Develops overall project plan; may provide input to long-term IT strategy necessary to achieve organizational objectives.

Works with clients to proactively identify long-term functional business requirements; represents organization on technical matters; frequent inter-organizational and external contacts.

Directly responsible for compliance of work product to internal and external regulations to avoid unacceptable risk to the project, program or Functional Area.

BASIC QUALIFICATION:-

BS/BA / MS/MA in computer science/mathematics/technical discipline

Training is required on the applicable software/infrastructure components, GXP regulations for both US and EMEA, internal policies and procedures. Training is provided by the department if required

10 years or PhD + 4 years or equivalent experience. Advanced knowledge of hardware/ software; wide application of knowledge in more than one major technical area.
