There is a need for a senior .NET and Sharepoint developer to work on enhancements to a project. The position will require the integration of custom written code to Microsoft's Sarbanes-Oxley Accelerator product. The candidate will need to interact with other developers, update their project manager of all milestones and work in a Microsoft .NET and SQL Server environment as well as XML, Sharepoint and SOX. Need to understand OO programming and n-tier environment. Strong communication and team skills. Programming skill set: Sarbanes-Oxley Accelerator, C++, C#.NET (VB.NET optional), Web Services, ADO.NET, Web Forms, Web Form Controls, ASP.NET, XML, SQL Server 2000/2005, Stored Procedures, Framework 1.1/2.0, Sharepoint Services and JavaScript. Candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills and should be able to work in a matrixed environment with managers and developers multi-tasking between numerous systems.

This is a 6 month contract.
