Mid-Atlantic Regional Sales Representative - 5554AA

A globlal manufacture who is a leader in X-Ray and Analytical equipment is seeking a success driven regional sales rep.

The successful applicant will be responsible for capital equipment sales XRD, XRF, Protein and Small Molecule X-ray Crystallography, and Protein Crystallization Automation systems.

The ideal candidate should have proven skills and a track record of success in technical sales. Strong knowledge relating to the field of X-ray instrumentation is required.

Job Requirements:

Must be knowledgeable in the technical sales process with sufficient sales tactics to effectively communicate and sell the merits instruments versus competitors to existing and prospective customers. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, work independently, and be self-motivated. Computer literacy is required with use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint programs as well as Lotus Notes CRM database. Travel within territory and travel outside of territory for trade shows and product demonstrations up to 50-70% of time. 

Education and Experience:

A Bachelors degree in Physical Sciences or Engineering is required. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years sales experience in the analytical equipment industry.

This is a home office position working out of the Mid-Atlantic Region;New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, New England, Delaware, Maryland or Virginia.
