Role Description: The Mid Level Java Developers would need to have at least 5 years of experience. The role of the Java Developer would be the development of new software products using Java/J2EE technology in a BEA WebLogic environment.

Responsibilities:

- Understand, analyze, design, and develop web based systems and associated modules using Java SDK, J2EE, HTML/ DHTML/ XHTML, JavaScript, SQL, Oracle DBMS, XML, XSL, DTD/XSD, AJAX, JDBC, JSP, JSTL, Struts1.1/2.0, and Web Services, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and Eclipse/MyEclipse.
- Perform software coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks for on-line processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards.
- Contribute to task identification, work effort estimates, and work schedules for development and maintenance activities.
- Participate in the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective application solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including the design, development, integration, testing, and implementation phases.
- Will be responsible for implementing code as directed by Senior development staff, primarily focusing on Java.
- Implement new features for existed application and assist in building new applications based on customer specification, involvement in the entire software development lifecycle process.
- Must be self-motivated and willing to work in a dynamic, fast pasted, and team-oriented development environment.
- Perform related duties as assigned or requested
- Consistently support compliance and the Principles of Responsibility by maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of information, protecting the assets of the organization, acting with ethics and integrity, reporting non-compliance, and adhering to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations, accreditation and licenser requirements (if applicable), and policies and procedures.

Required Skills:

- Experience and technical knowledge required in respect to WebLogic, Java SDK, J2EE, Eclipse/MyEclipse, SQL, HTML/DHTML/XHTML, JavaScript, Spring Framework, JDBC, JSP, JSTL, Struts, XML, XSL, DTD/XSD programming development environments.
- Development experience with Oracle DBMS is preferred.
- Experience in Web Services is preferred.
- Experience in SOA is an added advantage.
- Experience in AJAX preferred.
- Good understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design and methodologies.
- Strong skills required in critical thinking and analysis, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions.
- Understanding of health care business and care delivery processes will be preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project Server and Content Management Systems is preferred.

Level of Experience:

- Extensive and diverse experience (usually 3+ years) in all phases of applications software development/maintenance life cycles in an n-tier JDK, J2EE, Struts, Spring Framework, JSP, JSTL, JDBC, XML, Oracle/DB2/SQL Server, and Web based Systems environment is required.

Level of Education:

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, required in Computer Science or related field. Master's degree is preferred.
