Description
Our client has a need for a midrange console operator. The MRO will be responsible for proactive monitoring, providing first level support, ability to perform system checks, escalate to the appropriate support groups, and document all pertinent information. Qualifying candidates will have working experience in midrange platforms which include UNIX, AS/400, NT, WIN2K, and Tandem. Familiar with monitoring tools, such as Tivoli is a plus. Shift rotation is every 4 months. This is a temp to perm position.df-tc
