Description
NVR Inc. is seeking a highly self-motivated individual to assume the position of Mortgage Help Desk Specialist in our Canonsburg, PA offices.

Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Windows 2000 and XP Operating System expertise
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite and any related technical expertise
  • Willing to work in a team environment
  • Fiserv Unifi Pro system expertise preferred
  • Knowledge of Mortgage operations preferred

    Responsibilities:
  • Answer application related problem phone calls from the Mortgage and Settlement Services user communities and enter tickets into call tracking software
  • Provide first level business & technical support, while maintaining the 'human connection' with your customers
  • Identify, recommend and implement improvements for the support process
  • Maintain customer's confidence while considering Help Desk calls from the customer's point of view
  • Keep the customers focused and on track through problem resolution
  • Provide off-hours support on a rotation with other Help Desk Specialists
  • Promote a teamwork atmosphere between the Help Desk and technical personnel
  • Promote a teamwork atmosphere between the Help Desk and remote PC call center
  • Participate in Application Testing, following a defined methodology
  • Troubleshoot and analyze application problems
  • Keep process and procedures documentation up-to-date
