Description
Design, configure and maintain training web sites in conjunction with organizational web stratgies. Interface with training staff to ensure web page needs are delivered. Identify web page requirements and develop applications based on current, new and future Internet/Intranet applications. Identify and evaluate factors that may affect development of web pages within Program objectives, principles, policies and practices. Translate raw technical data into scripts. Design and develop media content for courseware, including text fields, 2D/3D graphics, digital audio/video, and 2D/3D animations. Coordinate courseware delivery via CD-ROM, LAN and Web. Develop and/or convert courseware for web-based delivery. Research and evaluate new technologies which impact organizational goals and strategies.

General Position Description
Designs and develops multimedia applications, systems and products involving computer graphics and interactive computing such as computer-based systems for personal computers or CD-ROM applications. Incorporates software applications in multiple technology media systems, such as graphics, animation, text, and sound.

Typical Minimum Education
Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered career, or journey, level.
