Progessive telecom company is seeking a NNOC Tech. Responsible for analysis of Telecommunication and Transport systems and network. Identification of chronic and/or intermittent, thresholds, impairments and failures and work with vendors to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction by reducing downtime associated with circuit outages. Responsible for Troubleshooting of Telecommunication and Transport systems, circuits, equipment and network for fault isolation, and partnering with internal and external vendors to fix the faults. Provides on-line assistance and coordination, facilitates efforts with MSOs, field engineers, service providers, vendors and other support and outside support organizations. Apply Today!
