Description
Local aggressively growing telecommunications company desires to add to their organization a NOC Representative with 1+ years of experience. The NOC Representative does require experience in some data entry, troubleshooting technical issues in a fast-paced customer service environment, with attention to detail. The NOC Representative also required to have experience in monitoring network and traffic flow, working with partners, and running network monitoring systems. May also be willing to be on call and available to work 24 hours a day, including weekends, possibly on a rotating schedule. The NOC Representative is required to have experience with IP Technology, voice telecommunications and traffic. Bi-lingual is desired, but not required. Only the best need apply!
