Description

Duties:



  • Implement new storage systems, manage existing systems and define overall architecture

  • Resolve technical issues, monitor performance and implement software upgrades

  • Design, implement and maintain backup and redundancy


Requirements:



  • NetApp Data ONTAP

  • Snap Mirror, Snap Lock, Snap Manager for SQL and Snap Manager for Exchange

  • CIFS & NFS File Systems

  • Snap Drive (Windows, Linux)

  • Fiber Channel and iSCSI connections from Linux and Windows

  • Data Fabric Manager/Operations Manager

  • Fibre Channel Switches (prefer Brocade)

  • Must have expertise with Linux and Windows

  • Trading or financial industry experience preferred

  • Experience in environments that require compliance archiving and are multi-site

  • Scripting (Perl, Python) a plus
