We are seeking a Netezza/Informatica Administrator for a 6-month contract in Rockville, MD.

Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative functions on Netezza
- Performing administrative functions on Informatica 8.6.1 on AIX
- Managing day-to-day ETL loads
- Provide unit testing of ETL code to ensure it can be delivered and run in a development and production environment.
- Query source and target databases for unit testing.
- Create, troubleshoot and tune complex mapping.
- Set up complex workflows and schedules.

Requirements:
- Strong Shell Scripting experience.
- Experience migrating Informatica mapping form Oracle to Netezza is essential.

6 years experience with:
- ETL and database solution development using database SQL language for user-defined database extracts or update statements, data migration and data integration
- SQL and database programming
- Unix Administration
- Oracle 9i, 10g
- Informatica 8.x Platform
- Netezza
