Description:
Work as part of the Enterprise Systems Management team to integrate network monitoring into the overall event management structure. The candidate will work with the network engineering and support groups, the Command Center and the ESM group to integrate network management tools such as Concorde and CicscoWorks. Must have excellent communications skills and be able to work well with a geographically dispersed team. Candidate should have 5 years working with Tivoli Netview and related products.

Skills:
Experienced with Netview 6 and above
Experience implementing Netview on an AIX HACMP platform
Tivoli Framework and Tivoli Enterprise Console experience
IBM Tivoli Monitoring
Experience with CicscoWorks 2000
Excellent Perl and Unix shell scripting

skills:
Project management experience
Strong documentation skills
General Unix system administration

Tasks:
Upgrade all environments to Netview 7.1.3, Implement Netview Mid Level Managers As part of the ESM team, migrate Netview functions to the new data canter, and develop disaster recovery for Netview, Support and maintain existing Netview infrastructure, Train TIAA-CREF staff in the use, administration and maintenance of Netview.
