If you are experienced in Desktop Support experience as well as have MS Remote Desktop and/or Dameware and MS Access, please read on!

What you need for this position:

- Microsoft Remote Desktop and/or Dameware and Microsoft Access
- Windows Server 2003, 2008 Administration
- Active Directory
- Desktop Support in a LAN/WAN environment (2+yrs)
- Microsoft Client Certifications:
A+
MCDST : Windows XP
MCTS/MCITP : MS Windows Vista
MCTS/MCITP : MS Windows 7

What you'll be doing:

- Provide 1st level desktop support (configure, deploy, and install new PCs, printers, plotters, scanners, etc.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems
- Provide application support
- Become familiar with standards and practices
- Report all desktop problems to Helpdesk and document solutions to resolve the problems
- Provide technical documentation on system changes

*This is a 12 month contract, with the ability to go longer*
