Description
Responsibilities will include management and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Network of Dell and IBM Servers with a mixed environment of NT/2000/2003 with Active Directory, and with Terminal servers using Citrix Meta Frame.

Provide help desk and phone support for users, at both onsite and offsite locations. Troubleshoot and resolve periodic and ongoing IT-related matters and special IT projects, including set-up and configuration of new desktops and laptops.

Solid Knowledge and working experience with:
Cisco Routers
Watchguard Firewalls and Sohos
Active Directory
Microsoft Exchange 2003
Microsoft SQL
Citrix Meta Frame (1.8)
Veritas (9/10) Tape Backup Software
Symantec Antivirus/AntiSpam Software
VPN Access
Network Printers
Microsoft Office Professional Suites (2000/XP/2003)
Windows 9x/2000/XP
