Description
A local distribution company is in need of a Network Administrator for an immediate start. It is a contract-to-hire scenario. MCSE and CCNA certifications are a definite plus. Customer Service skills are a must as this person will interact with employees and clients on a day-to-day basis. Deploying, configuring, maintaining, and monitoring all of the active systems, switches, routers, and firewalls will be the day-to-day activities. A person who can also provide some desktop support to local employees of a 35 person office would be a definite plus. Company has approx. 25 servers and this person would work approx. 40 hours per week and 24/7 on-call availability is a must. Some national and international travel may be required.

Experience/Skills
AIX (preferred), MS Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Blackberry Server, VMware, Exchange Server 2003/2007, SQL Server, ERP system experience (a plus), [CCNA, Network+, and MCSE are preferred]
