Robert Half Technology has an immediate need for a Network Administrator. Our client just opened up a new facility, and is ready to start moving equipment in. The Network Administrator will be responsible for all aspects of IT including Network, Systems, and Desktop Administration. The Candidate for this opportunity must be flexible in working on a variety of projects and technical support needs. The Network Administrator for this position will need to have a customer service frame of mind and the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimum supervision. The Network Administrator must demonstrate excellent time management and communication skills due to the support that this position will demand. The candidate for this opportunity must be able to work well with others and be a team player with the ability to demonstrate tact and sensitivity in customer communications while projecting a positive image. Primary Responsibilities: • Maintain Windows Server Domain• Maintenance of desktop/laptop computers, and peripheral equipment • Provide end user support for both in house and remote users • Daily administration of the servers and network devices • Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's servers, workstations, network devices and telephony • Monitor performance, availability and capacity of servers and network devices • Perform trouble-shooting and analysis of corporate LAN • Monitor daily back-up schedules • Perform hardware and software upgrades to networked servers including operating systems, applications, and utility programs

Experience/Skills
Technical Skills Required:Active Directory, Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server 2003(upgrading to 2007 shortly), Windows XP, SQL Server 2000, Telephony Support, CISCO routers/switchesWe are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment. Also, someone preferably with experience in opening a new work facility.Candidates with a Computer Science degree would be a plus.
