About the Job:
CTG has an immediate need for Network Analyst with our client located in Corning, NY area.

This position is responsible for helping to administer and support Client's global network that is Cisco based; helping to support employee use of the network; and working as a team member on special projects. Daily work will be involved with support of the global wired and wireless infrastructure.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Helping to design, maintain, and support network infrastructure, wired and wireless
  • Helping diagnose and resolve network hardware and software problems associated with the global network infrastructure
  • Performing performance analyses of Switches, access Servers, wireless network access points and Routers
  • Providing day-to-day management of Switches, Servers, wireless network access points and Router configurations
  • Monitoring, analysing, and documenting performance of network equipment
  • Developing and maintaining documentation related to global network and network support systems
  • Assisting on projects as needed
