Position Title: Network Architect

Job Description:
  • Provide technical architecture and design
  • Build AISR application
  • Troubleshoot and fix defects
  • Provide production support(24x7) coverage
  • Provide technical leadership to a team of 3-5 developers
  • Mentor and coach a team of 3-5 developers and provide technical guidance as needed
  • Effort Estimation
  • Coordinate and Conduct System Integration Testing
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing
  • Conduct Conformance Reviews and ensure the SOP is followed in accordance with ISO certification
  • Interact with the client to understand the requirements
  • Monitor and manage the problem tickets
