May perform one or more of the following:

Provide operation analysis and reporting of client network performance data. Responsible for tracking and developing network performance reports showing variances against current Service Level Agreements (SLA) and various internal and external audits.
Technical writing experience is a must in order to develop Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Voice Services processes to provide mapped flow direction to Service Mangers in their daily work assignments.

Develop and participate in the creation of daily, weekly and monthly network incident tickets, requests for service (RFS), and request for service tasks (RFS/T) reports and interpret results, and categorize network outages.

Assist in Network audits and develop processes and audit methods that will ensure procedures and policies are being followed per the Control Description agreed to by Service Agreements.

Responsible for ensuring information from different network sources is consistent, including but not limited to network diagrams, asset management database, and network tools. Responsible for documenting discrepancies, developing procedures and processes; coordinating resolution of issues with technical teams, vendors, and clients, and updating sources of information with accurate and consistent data a must. Participate in daily/weekly meetings and interact regularly with management, team members, and business clients.

Minimum Qualifications Required
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science; telecommunications or related field.

5-8 years of related computing or telecommunications (end-user or technical/administrative support) experience a must.

Senior level technical writer with experience developing technical root cause analysis (RCA) for system failures pertaining to telecommunications or a related field.

Specific Requirements
1. Working knowledge of LAN, WAN, TDM and VoIP Telecommunications theory and terminology with practical application hands on experience is necessary.

2. Must be an advanced user with high proficiency in developing and designing Excel reports utilizing statistical data.Advanced hands on working knowledge of Business Objects and Crystal Reports for the design and development of reports used to reflect statistical information.Must have advanced proficiency in Word, and other basic PC applications.Must be able to formulate statistical formulas, develop clear and precise results, and manipulate computational data strings which track multiple tasks on spreadsheets or databases.

3. Outstanding interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills (written and verbal).

b. Must be able to work independently and at times remotely.
c. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
d. Must be able to delivery all assignments consistently on time.
